Work In Progress
Artwork. Artwork is completely finished!!! :D
Interior Layout. Both Lairs & Legends 2 and Loot & Lore 2 are completely laid out. Now, these are just the draft layouts, but we've already started reviewing and updating them. We expect to completely finalize both drafts this month.
Foundry VTT Production. Still very slow going on this front, but we have a plan in place to get this back into top gear very soon. Once the interior layout is finished, the Foundry VTT module will be our main development focus.
Cover Layout. Now that the interiors have been drafted and we know the exact page count, we can get cover templates from our printer and have our graphic designer create the final cover designs.
Work on Deck
Printing. Once interior layout is done, we will be starting to work with our printer to get started on the actual book printing. This typically involves a lot of back and forths, as well as a bit of waiting, and can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on how everything goes.

Work In Progress
Artwork. We literally have JUST THREE pieces of artwork pending, and then it will all be done!!! We expect that we'll have all three pieces by early next week!
Interior Layout: Loot & Lore 2. The first half of Loot & Lore 2 is just about laid out now! So very close! :D
Review Interior Layout. We are currently doing our in-depth review of Lairs & Legends 2. We plan to finish this in the next couple weeks, at which point our graphic designer will take another pass at the book, updating as needed based on our review.
Foundry VTT Production. Our development partner plans to pick this work back up very soon. Once the interior layout is finished, the Foundry VTT module will be our main development focus.

Cover Layout. The final covers need to be laid out for our printers. What you've seen thus far is just 3D mockups; this step involves creating the PDFs our printer will use when they make the actual books.

Artwork. Artwork is nearly finished! I'm just waiting for a few more pieces to roll in, and then we'll have all the art done!
Interior Layout: Lairs & Legends 2. The first book, Lairs & Legends 2, has the interior layout completely drafted. We still need to review the book, make tweaks where needed, create additional copy where needed (yes, we're adding extra bits and pieces to some of the adventures to make them even better!), and the like--but the bulk of the work has been completed! And that's a huge milestone that I'm super happy to cross!
Interior Layout: Loot & Lore 2. Now that Lairs & Legends 2 is completely drafted, our graphic designer has started working on Loot & Lore 2. We're expecting it to be a few weeks, but we're going to have this one laid out soon, too!

Artwork. Artwork production continues. The art for Lairs & Legends 2 will be finishing within the next few days. The art for Loot & Lore 2 is about halfway done and is due to finish next month!
Text and Stretch Goals. The entire text copy is finished, including all stretch goals!
Interior Layout. Work is proceeding on interior layout and design for both books. We'll be pushing hard on this until it's done, as it's the last major step before we start getting everything ready with the printer!
Review Interior Layout. Our WIP reviews of the interior layout are continuing. So far, everything is looking amazing!

Text and Stretch Goals. The encounters for our stretch goal have been created and are now being game design reviewed. Soon they'll be edited, and then they'll be done! When that happens, we'll have all the interior copy finished!

Review Interior Layout. The final review won't happen until the books are completely laid out, but we've been reviewing the WIPs as we go. The interiors are looking amazing!
